Refund policy

Return period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned:

  • in the same condition you received them
  • unused and undamaged
  • in a resaleable condition
  • with proof of purchase

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Alternatively, items may be returned directly to our shop.

 

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If collection is requested, a collection fee may apply.

 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective
  • the item is damaged
  • you received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

 

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • postcrete
  • made-to-order or custom goods
  • altered items
  • sale items
  • gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it to our shop. If collection is required, a collection fee may apply.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof they have been returned

We may deduct delivery costs we incurred where applicable.
