We are pleased to offer both local and nationwide delivery across the UK, as well as free click & collect from our Derby-based shop. Please see more information below.

Local delivery

We are happy to offer local delivery for orders over £11 within 25 miles of our shop (Kempton Park Close, off Ascot Dr, Allenton, Derby DE24 8QB).

You can place local delivery orders online. Delivery fees will be calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Local delivery orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 - 5 business days (please note this is an estimated timeframe and may vary if unexpected delays occur).

Delivery fees are calculated on distance and, in the case of very large orders, by weight.  Fees are listed below and will be displayed when you enter your delivery address at checkout. Please note, delivery is strictly kerbside only.

Deliveries are made from 8:30am on weekdays (excluding bank holidays). We will contact you on the phone number you provided at checkout to arrange your delivery date.

 

Nationwide delivery

We are pleased to now offer nationwide delivery for customers outside our 25‑mile local delivery radius.

Because delivery costs can vary depending on location, order size, and weight, nationwide delivery must be arranged by phone.

How to order for nationwide delivery:

  1. Call our friendly team on 01332 361368 to request a personalised delivery quote.
  2. We will confirm availability, cost and estimated delivery time.
  3. Once confirmed, payment can be taken over the phone.

 

This extra step ensures we can provide the most accurate and cost‑effective delivery option for your location. Nationwide delivery remains kerbside only.

 

In-store pickup 

You can skip the delivery fees with free click and collect at our shop on Kempton Park Close, DE24 8QB. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. Made to order items may have longer lead times.  We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.  Same day collection can usually be accommodated on any items that are not made to order.  Please indicate in the order instructions at checkout if you require same day collection.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday and 8am-11:45am on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
