In terms of measurements, all boards are manufactured to a standard 6ft width by 12-inch height. For selected styles, we also offer a 6-inch height.

Concrete gravel boards are designed to withstand these conditions and require very little ongoing maintenance. For this reason, they are the option we most commonly recommend for customers looking for a durable, long-term solution.

Manufactured in Derby

All of our concrete gravel boards are manufactured at our Derby factory using a high-quality mix of 4–10mm gravel aggregate, concreting sand and 52.5N high-strength cement. Each board is reinforced with 5.5mm steel rods for additional strength, durability and impact resistance. Producing them on site allows us to maintain a consistent quality across our range while ensuring they’re durable and built to last.
