Our brick effect concrete gravel boards are manufactured on site at our Derby factory, ensuring reliable quality and long‑lasting durability. Wet‑cast using carefully selected materials, these gravel boards feature a uniform brick‑effect finish, replicating the clean, structured appearance of traditional brickwork for a neat and orderly look along the base of your fence.
Positioned at the base of the fence, gravel boards act as a protective buffer against ground moisture, helping to prevent rot and prolong the service life of timber panels. The brick‑effect design offers a more formal and consistent appearance compared to natural stone finishes, making it a great choice for well‑defined garden boundaries and traditional landscapes.
Manufactured using a high‑quality mix of 4–10mm gravel aggregate, concreting sand, and 52.5N high‑strength cement, each board is reinforced with 5.5mm steel rods for added strength, stability, and resistance to impact.
These concrete gravel boards measure 6ft wide to suit standard fence panels and are 12 inches high, providing a robust and visually tidy base for fencing installations.
This style of gravel board is made to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for production.
